Can I Smoke And Drink While Using Nutrigain Powder And Capsules?

Hi Doctor i do have a query regarding Nutrigain Powder. Just few days back i bought Nutrigain Powder and Capsules. Could you please advise how to use it and on what condition . Condition in the sense shall i smoke,drink while using the product. I am just 56 kg and iam 23 years old. so could you please let me know how much weight i will gain and in order to do so how long will i need to take the product

Before i can advise you,i need to know your height.Ideal weight can be calculated using height in cms and weight in kgs.Once you know your ideal weight ,keep using the product until you attain desired weight.
Keep taking foods rich in protein,lot of fruits and vegetables to maintain your weight.
Its not advisable to smoke or drink at this age,irrespective of using any weight gain regimen.It increases your risk of Heart disease.
Following healthy diet and exercise will always help you keep fit.
