Can I Still Become Pregnant Even If I Don't Have Uterus?

I had a partial hysterectomy in 2007 i lost my uterus but both ovaries remained. I got remarried July 20, 2013. My husband and I are extremely sexually active. We have sex several times a day every day. I'm recently worried bc I feel pregnant. I have had increased appetite, nausea, headaches, extreme pain on one side, my boobs are so sore. What can this mean? My husband ejaculates sperm inside me many times a day and as far as I know I still can produce eggs.

You cannot become normal pregnant as you dont have a uterus. The only way you will be pregnant is if you had an ectopic pregnany by mistake that is a pregnany outside uterus which will be dangerous to your life. Kindly get a sonography of pelvis as soon as possible.
