Can I Take Biaxin For A Bladder Infection?

can I take biaxin for a bladder infection? I have innercystal cystitiis (I know Im wayyyyy off on that spelling-lol) but I always get flare ups because Im unable to empty my bladder completely. So every once in awhile I'll have a flare up and have to take anti-biotics. Im on vacation right now and cant get to a doctor but I have biaxin with me
