I am male aged 57 living in Cuddalore,Tamil nadu. I have difficulty in swallowing food and also breathing and suffering from motility problem for the past 20 yrs.If slight pressure is applied in the abdomen (slightly tight pant belt), then the stomach gets bloated. While swallow the food in the starting, I have to apply more pressure to push the food down to the food pipe or otherwise the food will stay in the throat making blockage to the breathing. Having taken all types of antacids,acid suppressors like Pantoprazole,Nexoprazole,Omeprazole,Ranitidine etc for more than six months I could not find any relief. Now as a last ditch, I would like to take Botulumin toxin injection in the Pharinx. Could you pl. help me to find a good physician in TN to take the Botax injection.
