Can I Take Busy B With Vitamin Tablets To Increase Hair Growth Along With Iron Tablets?

ive been prescribed ferrous sulphate tablets 200mg due to low iron levels taking 2 of these tablets each day for the past 2 months, my hair is really thin still and wanting to know if i can take the BUSY B with 500mg vitamin c tablets each day aswell to help with the growth, as well as carrying on with the iron tablets?
