Can I Take Duzela As An Alternative For Cymbalta?

I have been taking Cymbalta 120mg every morning. I was doing OK, but other factors were affecting me and I was off my medication for two weeks. I got so despressed that I could not go to my Doctor to get another Script. I have a good local doctor and my husband organised a a script. I am now much better. During my bad time I ordered from India Duzela 30, even though I tried to immediately cancel the order, it arrived today. Can I take this as a generic of Cymbalta and if so would I take 120mg - more or less.

Thanks for posting your query.
The one important thing in the antideppressant use is that they must never be stopped suddenly and should be tapered only when your physician plans for it.
Duzela/Cymbalta are duloxetine and they are interchangeable. So you should start the same dose of Duzela as Cymbalta and be watchful for any change because slight difference in rate of dose delivery can be there when you switch the preparation.
