Can I Take Ensure To Gain Weight?

Hi Doctor, i have been diagnosed with gastritis 3 years back. I took medication and ayurvedic treatment and the gastritis is in control. Recently it started showing the symptoms and started taking omeprazole for 3 weeks and then diagnosed with H pylori and took antibiotics for 2 weeks followed by omeprazole for 2 weeks. The pain is in control, but i felt little week and lost almost 8 pounds in the last 3 months. I am 5 7 with the weight 142 lbs. I normally above 150 lbs. Could i take ensure to recover from weight loss and weekness?. Sometimes i feel uneazy ness mentally especially in the morning. may be due to lack of harmones in the body. Could you kindly suggest how to overcome these situations

Noted your history of having recurrent gastritis for which you have taken allopathic as well as Ayurvedic treatment to get cured at that time but the problem recurred. Got treated with antibiotic and Omeprazole, but lost weight.

It looks that your problems are more due to anxiety or stress and you should get these corrected.
