hi! I'M 18 YRS. OLD, I WOULD LIKE TO ASK IF I COULD ALREADY TAKE MX3 AS MY VITAMINS OR ANYTHING???? JUST TO TELL YOU THE TRUTH I DNT HAVE ANY KIND OF SYMPTOMS OR DESEASE THAT FORCE ME TO TAKE MX3 AS MY DAILY SUPPLEMENT. I WAN'T TO TAKE MX3 SIMPLY BECAUSE I'M ON DIET AND I LET MYSELF AVOID EATING RICE.... AND MY MOM SAID THAT I LOOK LIKE I'M LACK OF VITAMINS IN MY BODY, BECAUSE OF THIS RASH DIET THINGY... THAT'S WHY MY MOM RECOMEND ME TO DRINK MX3, BUT BEFORE I DRINK I JUST WANT TO CLARIFY IF IT'S SAFE AND DOES MX3 MAKES YOU FAT????? PLS.. DO ANSWER ALL MY QUESTIONS THANK YOU!!!!

Rather than supplements take fruits and veggies. Fruits will give u vitamins and minerals have ragi for all your mineral requirements. Take lemon for vitamins. All fruits seasonal will provide u with vitamins. Garden cress will also give minerals . sprouts intake will also help u with vitamins and minerals. Veggies and salads are also full of vitamins and minerals. Supplements will not be for long run. Diet will help u with long run.
