Can I Take Relacore Diet Pills For Dieting?

i have been told that I am borderline diabetic and also given amlodipine 5mg for hypertension 140/80. Weighing 192 lbs at about 5 3 can I take relacore diet pills to help me jump start my dieting. I am also taking 50,000 mg of d3 for low levels of D. What do you suggest.

Spot-reduction of fat on one part of the body is not possible. Only a calorie deficit can lead to overall weight loss. Side effects reported by many after taking it include weight gain and fluctuating blood pressure.
Since you state to be having borderline diabetes and hypertension on treatment, it would be advisable not to go for such products, as it may have serious side effects on your health.
It would be advisable for you to consult Nutritionist to make a healthy diet chart and include moderate exercise to help you lose weight and maintain good health.
