HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Ortho tri cyclin and tri sprintec both contain a combination of an estrogen and progesterone.

The estrogen found in both is ethiny estradiol. The strength is the same in both, 0.035 mg of ethinyl estradiol.

There is a formulation of ortho tri cyclin that contains less estradiol, it is called ortho tri cyclin Lo and it contains 0.025 mg.

If you were previously using the formulation with the higher strength then you would be using basically the same tablet if you switch.

I hope this helps
