Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello Mr. Basu,

Thank you for your query in HCM

Your random blood sugar is high but not so high that you require 3 medicines to control it. Diabetes is my area of special interest. If you are eating a low calorie, low GI wholesome diet, exercise 150 minutes per week and manage your stress, most diabetes are controllable with two drugs .
I treat many patients with diabetes and have given awareness talks over TV and written many articles for news papers and web sites. If you search with my name you would find them. These would empower you to control you diabetes without having to take so many medicines.
If you have further queries, I am available.
Dr. Noble Zachariah
