Can I Take Bisoprolol During Night Time?

What time of the day is best to take 10mg of bisoprolol. I am currently taking it in the a.m. after breakfast. My doctor recently increased my dosage from 5mg to 10mg and I have had some side effects such as feeling light headed and weak for most of the morning and then it passes around lunch time. Would it be better to take this medications at night time?
