Can I Take Neurobion For Sciatica?

I ve been diagnosed with Sciatica and been suffering from this pain since a month now. I ve done Physiotherapy and am on medications and pain killers, but doesn t seem to help much. There s relief now and then but gets very severe by evening and mostly while sitting. A friend advised to take Neurobion injection. I want to know if this will help and is it ok to take it?
