Can I Take Zovirax After Removing Lesions From Anus?

hi doc i had hpv that i got surgery to remove lesions on anus i havent had any more episodes five years but i always get red raw swollen lips facial been using zovirax and it aint working i also have cracks on lips

can this be hpv on lips ive been trying home treatment only if so is there any prescription meds i should get thx
