Can I Use Otocomb Otic On An Infected Cold Sore As The Literature Says Not To Use On Cuts Or Bleeding Skin?
If recently been in hospital for an infected cold sore which was on the very corner or my bottom lip. The doctor gave me a script for Otocomb Otic. In the consumer medicine information it says don't swallow Otocomb Otic ointment n also dont apply Otocomb Otic onto skin that is cut or bleeding. These things are Abit hard to NOT do when this is the stuff the doctor gave me. What should I do??? Was the doctor in the wrong to prescribe this Ear Infection Ointment to me to use on my Lip/Mouth infection??
