Can I Use Two Anucort Suppositories For Internal Hemorrhoid Bleeding Instead Of One?

I have a bleeding internal hemorroid. Went to my gastroenologist and he said I had internal hemorroid. Gave me 25mg Anucort suppositories to insert once daily. Been two days, no more blood but bottom very sensitive when set down. Can I use two suppositories a day instead of one.
