Can Ibugesic Plus Be Given For Mild Fever?

hi my son has a mild fever for the past two days in the evening, a doctor prescribed Ibugesic Plus which i am a bit sceptical about because it contain ibrufen, and that is what someone should stay away from in dengue cases. i know it takes 5 days to know if a person has it, should i keep using it or should i stop?

As you mentioned ibuprofen should be avoided in mild fever
Just continue plain paracetamol
