Can Ibuprofen Be Taken While On Tamulosin And Doxycycline?

My husband is diabetic. Recently prescribed Tamulosin and Doxycycline for the pain when urinating. As far as we know, he s not allergic to any medication. He s running a fever off and on; I want to know if he s also taking Ibuprofen (800mg) can he take fever reducing medication too?

These two medications can be taken together since there is no scientific evidence that some interactions or serious side effects exist. SO if there is medical indication then it can be taken just be sure to take it in recommended dosage. Also, you must be sure that you are not allergic to any ingredient of these drugs. If you start to feel any signs such as breathing difficulties or rash, you should stop medications and see doctor.
