Can Instaflex Advanced Be Taken For Knee Stiffness?
In all the research I ve done, it is not recommended to take turmeric with omeprazole. I only take 20 mg. daily, sometimes every other day. I am 63 and in really good health. Great BP, bone density, 6.2 A1C. I weight approx. 210 lbs. I spend a lot of time sitting at my job, exercise at the YMCA 1-2 times a week, and spend time outdoors on weekends (weather permitting). My knees get very stiff and painful when I don t exercise enough and was looking at the Instaflex Advanced. Any advice before I order?
