Can Levaquin Be Taken For UTI While Suffering From Spondylolisthesis?

My urine culture was positive and I was prescribed an antibiotic that is in the same class as levaquin. I am afraid to take it because I suffered a ruptured anterior tibialis tendon which popped while just stepping over a puddle and I couldn't walk because of the excruciating pain. I am a 73 year old female with an over active bladder. I wear Depends and Poise and back surgery laminectomy fusion using my bone was unsuccessful. I now have Spondylolistheis L3-L4 (grade 1 & L4-L5 grade5 plus).
