Can Librax, Tylenol And Codeine Be Taken Together?

Am currently taking Librax for IBSD, and I take tylenol with codeine # 4, I have been taking this for a year - Gastroenterologis prescribed the Librax (Primary agreed) but neither said anything about possible complications with the Codeine - just read it in refill script. Does that mean do not take at same time - or I should not be using both?
