Can Lisinopril, Imdur And Metoprolol Be Taken Together?

Hi, i am 61 yr old female, had a small NStemi in August..I have been doing well, but wondering when I may can get off some of the meds..is it necessary to take Lisinopril, Imdur, and Metoprol all three? I only weigh 105 lbs and it seems like alot of meds to me..thx
