Can Lisinopril And Atenolol Cause Hypoglycemia?

I have High blood pressure and have been taking lisinopril 20 mg and Atenolol 25 mg for years in the last 2 month I have had to episodes of profuse sweating with cold skin.during those episodes my blood pressure was normal also my heart rate,but I have been fasting for several hours.can those medicines cause hypoglycemia .I am not diabetic and I do not have other medical problems
