Can Liv 52 Be Taken With Iron Supplement?

I have type 1fatty liver problem is the current decision for eat liv52 and I have digestion problem hemoglobin level 9.8 but thyroid level normal.irregular periods scan result says neerkatti so am eating krimson 35 with iron supplement. Now I decide to eat live 52 with vitamin tonic its correct? Plz sir suggest me.
