Can Malzapn Be Taken During Office Hours?

Hi I am 64 y female employed as income-tax advocate with a Chartered Accountant firm in ghaziabad. Now I am taking Trinexovas in morning for b.p & Etizola plus 10 for Anxiety. My blood sugar is border line as fasting range is 110 to 120 but my Physician has not prescribed any medicine he has asked to control the diet and 40 minute walk in morning & evening. He has prescribed Malzap MD 0.25 Whenever my heart beat goes faster like 110 to 120. My question is whether I can take Malzap during office hours as whenever a dead line comes I undergoes heavy stress and both b.p & sugar shoot up also heartbeat. Suggest any pprecautions.My weight is 65 kg height 5 I am vegetatrian and I doesn t take sugar in milk or tea & diet doesn t include potato,rice,fried,packed food,junk food ,cold drinks.It means only chapati with dahi & green vegetable ,sprout & Dal .

Hello,
A blood sugar reading between 100-126 ( fasting ) is called as Pre diabetes and generally person is asked to adopt lifestyle changes like dietary control and regular exercises.This is what your doctor has also advised,although some doctors advise taking METFORMIN 500 mg twice daily along with lifestyle changes measures.This drug helps in reduction of weight also.
You can talk to your doctor regarding addition of this drug,since you are overweight by atleast 10-12 kgs.
You can take MALZAP during office hours also as it won't cause any problem.
