Can Mangosesteen Safe To Take Along With Hypertension, Angina And Cholesterol Medicines?

my daughter is 19 yrs old , she is taking amlodipine ( anti hypertensive ,anti angina) & coralan (anti angina)rosuvastatin anti cholesterol medication . she was diagnosed with high creatinen ,and hig blood pressure , with complication of uti now taking ant biotic meropenem . i want to take supplement mx3 mangosesteen is it safe for her?
