Can Meftal Be Given Along With Paracetamol For High Fever In A 5-year-old?

My daughter is five years old she is having fever since yesterday evening. I am giving her paracetamol syrup in the gap of five to six hours. But fever increases after two to three hours after paracetamol what else I should give her to complete relief from the fever. Can I give her meftal tab , syp. But how much pleas let me know the dose thank you

You need to get blood exams done to treat the cause of the fever and not only the fever. There might be infection leading to this. Also, cold sponging helps drop the body temperature.
