Hi

Multivitamin tablets are usually safe and do not cause many side effects.Overdose of vitamin b12 can cause dry mouth or increased thirst in some patients.

You can increase your fluid intake to reduce any dehydration. It is also essential to check your blood sugar levels.

Uncontrolled diabetes can also cause dry mouth and increased thirst.Kindly check your fasting and post prandial blood sugar levels.

You can shift back to Zevit tablet incase the symptoms continue.Since both are vitamin supplements, there is no harm in reverting back to the drug which did not cause any side effects.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards
