Can Metformin Cause False Positive On A Urine Test?
I am a diebetic and have copd I am 3 breathimg treatments a day and medformer 4 diebetics a inhaler 4 beathing 3 times a day maybe more if its eally hot can any of this medication cause a false positive on a urine test .I knew u was going to want something
This is very unlikely for metformin t cause a false positive on a urine test for a controlled substance. as for the other medications you take for COPD, I would like to have the names so that I can tell whether they could be responsible for any false positives on a urine test as there are several different medications being used for this condition..
I hope this helps. I wish you well. Thank you for using our services and feel free to ask for more information if need be. Dr. Ditah, MD.
