Can Naturolax Be Taken For Constipation During A Pregnancy?

I am 7 weeks pregnant now and facing terrible constipation with bleeding from rectum while passing stool. My doctor has advised naturolax. Are there any side effects of this medicine in pregnancy? I am also having susten 200 mg and folovite 5 mg everyday. Please advise.
