Can Nexplanon Cause Brown Discharge,back Pain And Anxiety?

Hello I had my nexplanon implant put in in January I had the odd normal period but that was it. Around 4 weeks ago I started with brown like bleeding/discharge it is always there when I wipe. I just find this so strange as it has now been in for 6 months and this has randomly happened. It makes me really bloated and the odd back ache. Is this normal? I suffer from anxiety and I am thinking the worst?

HI,
I understand your concern.
* Menstrual irregularity in form of, irregular, scanty, spotting,of bleeding to lac of periods with Nexplanaon implants. Please don't be tense
* bloating in abdomen, with back ace you have is again side effect of the hormone inbuilt in the implant,-it's effect on digestive system. this should go within a couple of months- It can also be taken care of by having high fiber diet with lot of water/ abdominal exercises/ walking./ digestive enzymes/Vitamin D injection.
_ If it still persists ,please get a gynecological examination/ investigations if needful to exclude a rare side effect like ovarian cyst- which usually resolves without treatment.
-Psychological upset you have is out of fear- I feel it will disappear once your doubts are ruled out.
