Can Nicotine Be Flushed Out Of The System With Water In 3 Days?

Hi I have a cotonine ,nicotine urine test in 4 days I only smoke 1 black and mild a day I quit yesterday will I be able to flush out the nicotine before Thursday I've been drinking a lot of water and I'm never going back to smoking this job is worth it

nicotine, sure, cotinin, not so much. It has a half life of about 12 hrs, so, 4 days depends on how much you smoke and how sensitive they want the test to be. Personally, I wouldn't make the test sensitive at all and detect cigarettes for only about 2 days. at four, it has to be a sensitive test. If you drink a bit of water immediately before the test (mild amount) the urine is diluted about 2 fold and the nicotine is diluted 2 fold. If you drink a gallon, the urine could be diluted up to 10 fold and would be thrown out as cheating.
4 days lowers the level about 2, 4, 8, 16, 32, 64... about 100 fold and another double for dilution. About 200 fold. If the test is highly sensitive, not enough.
