i would suggest you to start giving her ORS solution frst.....
the packet is available over the counter in pharmacy......
1 litre packet to be dissolved in boiled and then cooled water... should be used in 24 hrs...
let her drink as much as she wants,,,
or other alternatives like kanji water, lime juice or fruit juices can be given....
do not keep her dehydrated....
