Can Nutrigain Be Used For Weight Gain?

I am 45years old lady. Until recently i was 52kgs weight. since last two months i started decreasing my weight. At present i am 49 kgs. So to gain back atleast 7 to 8 kgs weight can i use nutrigain ? if yes , how long should i use it? If i use for one month , how much wait can i gain? And please tell me the method of using it.

As i can say about your question Nutrigain is a type of protein supplement, which do helps to gain weight.Nutrigain is a good option but it cannot solely achieve the desired weight gain.It is only a supplement but not a substitute for food/diet.
But you need to muscle strengthening exercises along with protein supplement to improve your muscle mass. Along with protein supplement you should continue to take healthy regular diet.

An healthy diet means you have to put on more calories but not to much .
Change your eating habits.
Eat 5 meals a day including meat,bread,vegetables,fruits,eggs ect
Dont forget physical activity ,it will help you .
