Can Oflomac M Be Given For Diarrhea In A Child?

Hi.. My 4 month old son got loose motions and was given enterogermina and snuff... It settled to 3 soft motions a day and has been like thAt since a month. He gets stomach cramps and passes a lot of gas. His routine stool report is normal. His paediatrician has prescribed Oslomac M now. Is it safe to give it to a 4 year old as I was reading that it has a lot of side effects ? Also is there any other way to cure his loose motions

hi..you are absolutely right..oslomac m is avoided in ingant and in small childrens..
you can use ORS poweder which is best in infant diarrhoea...
