Can Orthy-try C Causes Irregular Periods And Chances Of Pregnancy?
Hi I ve been on a birth control (Orthy-try C or Trinessa) for 2 months and it irregulated my period after the 1st month (my period close to 4 days than normal). I went to the doctor and she prescribed Yaz, but since she is not a GYNO she recommended to go to one. She said that if you are not slim you have a bigger chance to get pregnant on such low dosage, but she still prescribed it. I just ran out of insurance, so I can t go to the GYNO anymore to find out.
Trinessa is a combined oral contraceptive which is very effective when used regularly every day at the same time. This will ensure consistent hormone levels and effectiveness in preventing pregnancy can be up to 99 percent. First three months of starting the drug, irregular cycles can occur which will get regulated in the next few cycles.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
