Can Ovacare And Evening Primrose Oil Help In Ovulation Despite A Delay In Periods?

I haven t been seeing my period for a year, I took 30Combination tab a month ago so it came out and am meant to see it two days ago but is yet to flow. I have been on drugs for like 3-4months now, am taking OVA CARE, EVENING PRIME ROSE, can this help me ovulate?
