Can Oxyroute Cream Treat Piles? If No, Is Surgery The Only Option?

Hi am suffering by piles problem for some days..Consulted with doctor and have given the follwoing medicins for a week. Oxyroute cream,oxyroute tablet... Will it cure piles?
Also they said,will have to go for surgery if no improvement with this medicines.

Hydrocortisone ointment help to reduce a Inflammation..

surgery is a last option for if it not work..
Avoid excessive straining at toilet time.

Warm water sitz bath also helpful in piles.

Drink more water per day..
