Hi,
I understood your query.
Heavy bleeding in menses can be from various causes including- Bleeding/clotting time problems, hormonal disturbances, fibroid of uterus, inflammation of uterine lining( Endometriosis), Pelvic inflammation.
* Causative factor needs to be found by consulting gynecologist/ doing relevant investigations. The plan of management can then be prescribed.
* Placentrex is known to have anti inflammatory effect. It will help profuse bleeding due to pelvic / endometrial inflammation along with suitable antibiotics. But it will not have any effect on hormonal imbalance as a cause.
thanks.
