Can Plan-B Cause Menstrual Irregularities?

Hi, a day after my period ended I had sex with my bf (It was my first time ) and he used a condom but next day I took the plan b pill and 5 days later am stating a bleed kinda looks like my period, could I consider that the pill make my period come earlier?

Yes the plan b is a hormonal manipulation intended to stop pregnancy. You should not need to take plan b if you are already on birth control and using condoms. Adding extra hormones can cause irregular bleeding and it can take a few months for your cycles to get back to normal.
