Can R-cinex Be Taken With Foods?

heloo Doctor, I am diaognised with TB ... I am taking R-cinex, mycobutol,pyzina and benedon. Plus feronia and vitafol for HB. I am told my tb is not communicable. I am taking all the medicines regularly however I have some questions. 1. As I am working Lady, My shift timings changes everyday so I take this medicines daily but different timings. Is that okay? 2. I heard we have to take this medicines atleast after a gap of one hour before or after food however I have been takin it right after or before food and twice with food (r-cinex) as i forgot it. Will my medicines work? I am really worried. Thank you.

All other medicines except for R-Cinex you can take any time you want ( but make sure you take it the same day ) .

But R-Cinex has to be taken 15-30 minutes before food else it may not be very effective. So kindly take this medicine 15-30 minutes before your breakfast , rest can be taken as per your convenience.
