Can Regesterone Be Taken Along With Ayurvedic Medicines?

i m 43 yrs. i'd heavy irregular period with lots of clots since two months.my gynaec test my biopsy n test shows cystic hyperplasia n adviced to remove my uterus. she did d&c then again this month i'd heavy periods with lots of clots.now another gynaec has suggest me to take regestrone 5mg pills twice a day till 15days.i'm also taking same treatment from divya patanjali. they gave me ayurvedic medicines. i want to know should i take both treatments together.is both treatments safe and has no side effects.?plz advice
