Can Ritalin Be Given To Kids ?

My son is 9 and on Ritalin and l went to collect prescription and the pharmaceutical said no is your son over 18 l said no he is 9 and with out consulting a doctor wanted to cut one of his tablet out are they allowed to do this and is any of the facts in this statement true?

The pharmacy cannot change the medication doses or frequency unless directed by the doctor.

It would be best to speak to your doctor to determine the exact problem.
