Can STD Spread If Done Blow Job Alone?

I'm very young. I did something very stupid and foolish. I gave a blow job to a friend. He is definetly HIV negative and disease free. He didn't ejaculate or pre-***. It was only for like 8 seconds. I washed my hands, my mouth and I took a show after. Please tell me, do I have any diseases?

Hi,
Risk of STD transmission always exists unless your partner is completely free from any STD. Even oral sex can spread infections like herpes and genital warts. Please be careful and take precautions next time.
