Can Susten Be Taken For Vaginal Spotting During Pregnancy?

My wife is 23 years of old and 20 weeks completed of pregnancy. Last week she had mild bleeding and doctor advised to take Susten 200 mg 1-0-1 and Duvadilan 1/2 0 1/2 per day, asked to continue for next review on 26/09/2014. Is it Ok to continue this medicines for one month. Please advise me.
