Hi, I have gone through your question. Spotting or bleeding in early pregnancy can be due to 1. Threatened abortion 2. Ectopic pregnancy 3. Bleeding around the foetus( subchorionic haemorrhage) These conditions can be diagnosed by proper examination and an ultrasound. In threatened abortion and subchorionic haemorrhage, the treatment is rest and progesterone which supports the pregnancy by making uterine environment more favourable for foetus( duphastone and SustenVT in your case). I Fertigyn injection is hCG hormone which also supports the pregnancy. I would suggest you to get a ultrasound done, if not done earlier and get treated accordingly. In themmeantime, you should continue taking these drugs as advised by your doctor. Hope you found the answer helpful Wishing you good health. Regards, Dr Deepti verma
