Can Taxim O Dry Syrup, Coliaid Drops And Ecobion Be Given To 5 Months Old Baby?

my son is now 5months and 22days old. he is having running nose and his stool colours green two days back. doctor adviced me to give him TAXIM-O DRY SYRUP, COLIAID DROPS AND ECOBION. IS IT ADVISABLE? CAN YOU PLEASE GIVE ME THE FULL PHARMACOLOGICAL DESCRIPTIONS FOR THESE MEDICINES?

Taxim o is antibiotic,colicaid is for spasmodic abdomial pain and ecobion is to restore gut flora..in my view just hold on antibiotic for nowand continue wit other two medicines..just add timinic drops for running nose..
