Can Tonat Tg Cause Nose Bleeding?
my brother has high tryglyceride level and he has been prescribed tonat tg for 3 months. its been a month since he started having this medicine and yeterday he had 1-2 drops of bleeding from nose and couldnt sleep all night. is this a side effect of the medicine?he is also taking ecospirin 10mg 1tab daily in the morning.- sophie

Bleeding nose is not yet known side effect of tonat tg.BUT ecospirin is very well known for side effect of bleeding disorder. BUT DOSE OF 10 mg is less than usual. Any way stop and see a doctor he might stop or change Ecospirin and may consult an ENT specialist to rule out any nasal pathology if required.You should even be tested for any bleeding disorder like low pletlet count or vit K deficiency.
