Can Tylenol And Bupropion XL Be Taken Together?

I have a couple of questions. One is it is safe to be taking Tylenol with Bupropion XL 300 mg daily as well as Desvenlafaxine Succinate 100mg daily? I also take 20mg of Famotidine twice daily, birth control and Vitamin D 400mg daily. The second question: is Penicillin safe to take with the above medications? I am on vacation and my doctor is sending a script since I cannot get to a doctor right now.

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You can take Tylenol and Bupropion together. No drug interaction exist between them and it won’t affect the efficacy each other. You can add penicillin to the above drugs as well. Keep in mind that it is better to take antacids like Pantoprazole or Omeprazole especially when you have take multiple tablets per day.
