Can Tylenol Cause Nose To Bleed?

can tylenol cause a nose to bleed? I also have a feeling that my nose is bleeding while sleeping, but often I get up and notice a slight trace of blood on a tissue. I am taking coumadin and 1 81 mg. of aspirin a day. Last night I took a tylenol and a few hours later started to get that feeling. Thanks for your help.

Hello,
thanks for using health care magic

You are on two drugs that have high potentials of causing bleeding and should be evaluated first before thinking about tylenol if at all it could cause bleeding which is not the case.

Coumadin or warfarin in take has to be monitored with what is known as INR and if it is too high, there is risk of bleeding. A side effect of coumadin is bleeding.

Aspirin as well prevents platetlet plug from forming thus exposes to bleeding ass well.

Meet your doctor to review your dosages of coumadin and need for aspirin.

Best regards
Dr Achuo
